Chirp Speech LLC complies with HIPAA for patient data protection. All patient health information collected through third party apps is strictly voluntary and is protected by HIPAA compliant software (Google Workspace).

We only collect the information you enter on the forms you fill out. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any information you decide to enter in the text of the form. Please do not share any PHI (protected health information) about you or your child on the 'chirp at us' embedded website request form. PHI should be restricted to the new patient intake form only, which directs to a Google Form outside of this website.

When you fill out a form on this website or in the linked Google Form. No other PII is collected by Chirp Speech LLC on this website.
